Online Business License and Utility Application for Business Services

You will need to provide the following documents;

1. Proof of Business Ownership

2. Articles of Incorporation/LLC Formation Documents/Sole Proprietorship Docs

3. Proof of Federal EI Number (this is the equivalent of a Business’ Social Security Number/their tax reporting ID)

4. State of Delaware Business License

5. Letter of Authorization

You will fill out the Town of Smyrna Business License at the top of this application and will be required to pay your Business License fee based on the type of business. Once completed, your application will be forwarded to our Customer Service Department to complete the Utility.
