  1. Proof of Ownership 
  2. Articles of Incorporation/LLC Formation Documents/Sole Proprietorship Docs 
  3. Proof of Federal EI Number (this is the equivalent of a Business’ Social Security Number/their tax reporting ID) 
  4. Letter of Authorization
You can upload, take a picture, or email these documents to boffice@smyrna.delaware.gov
The advance payment on a residential home is $200.00 and application fee is $25.00.
To complete the application process, you will have to mail or drop off your advance payment and application fee of $225.00.
Our physical address is 27 S Market Str Plaza, Smyrna DE 19977 and our mailing address is PO Box 307, Smyrna DE 19977. There is also a drop box in front of Town Hall.
